How It Began
Hello there! My name is Shara; I'm a proud Momma of two tiny tots and the founder of Plate & Play. This humble business was first inspired by my firstborn back in 2019 when I was a first-time-mummy. I had heard about baby-led-weaning, and was excited to try and know more! However, the approach wasn't as common as it is today, and curating specific meals for my little one was often time-consuming albeit rewarding and fun! I realised I couldn’t find any ready-made table-food options in the market, what more flavourful ones!
So I started experimenting in the kitchen, and fueled myself with the most updated baby-feeding literature.
Fast-forward to 2021, armed with a passion for better baby meals and while pregnant with my second-born - Plate & Play was born! 
What We Do
Here at Plate & Play, we curate wholesome ready-made baby meals. Aimed at helping parents and caregivers ease their days, our vibrant menu also helps little foodies explore different tastes, textures and colours in their food adventures!
Guided by the latest research in babies’ weaning journeys, we aim to provide fun, flavourful, fuss-free meals that do not contain added salt, sugar, or preservatives. Plate & Play is the only pioneer offering table-foods for babies' as young as 6months old, with an exciting range of meals inspired from local to international delicacies.
Our Mission
As parents ourselves, we understand the demands of the day while raising tiny tots. We hope to simplify mealtimes for parents and caregivers, and to score you more pockets of time, all while knowing that your babies are being fed wholesome food for their growing bodies.
Our mission is to offer diverse meal options that help parents expose their babies to a world of fun, flavourful food, while also having the freedom to practise baby-led weaning or traditional pureeing! We aim to promote healthy eating relationships, with the ultimate goal of nurturing happy, healthy babies and caregivers.
