Shipping, Return & Refund Policy
Processing Time:
All orders are typically delivered within 1-2 business days.
- Customers will receive an automated email confirmation after successful placement of order.
- A separate automated email update will arrive in your inbox (typically the day before delivery day) once the meal order has been dispatched from our facility.
- When a meal order is on its way to the customer's desired address, customers will receive an automated text to notify them of this.
Please note that orders placed outside of our operating hours will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Information:
We prioritise the quality and freshness of all frozen goods delivered to you from Plate & Play, and strive to have them reach you in the quickest time possible.
To ensure the safety and quality of your frozen baby meals, it is essential that someone is home to receive the order upon delivery. If no one is available to retrieve the order, we cannot guarantee the freshness or safety of the food.
We will not be liable for any damage or spoilages arising from the improper storage of frozen goods upon delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to promptly store all frozen items in accordance with the recommended storage guidelines upon receipt. Failure to do so may compromise the quality and safety of the products.

Shipping Rates:
- Standard Meal Delivery: $10
- Specific Window Meal Delivery: $11.90
- Courier for Non-Food Items: $5
Remote Locations: A surcharge may be applied for shipping to remote areas.
Delivery Time:
- 1-2 business days for frozen food items.
- 2-3 business days for courier items, subject to the external courier.
In the unlikely event where your order contains incorrect or missing items, kindly take a photo of the items received and report the issue to our dedicated Order Fulfillment Team at orders@plateandplay.sg or Whatsapp us at +65 8089 0171. Reports should be made within 24 hours from time of receipt of goods.
In the above case, either a refund or an exchange/ replacement of meals will be facilitated.
Refunds:
All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our frozen products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is placed. Please ensure the accuracy of your order before completing your purchase.
Any legitimate request for refunds due to compassionate reasons will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
