The Customer acknowledges that feeding young children, including infants and toddlers, involves inherent risks, such as choking, allergic reactions, or food intolerances. These risks are present regardless of whether the child is consuming puréed foods, meals, table-foods, or finger-foods. The Seller takes all reasonable steps to ensure the quality and safety of its products.
Proper supervision during feeding is essential, and the Customer accepts responsibility for ensuring their child is fed in a safe and appropriate manner, including modifying the meals or table-foods as necessary.
3. Limitation of Liability
The Seller is not liable for any harm, injury, or adverse outcomes, including but not limited to choking incidents, allergic reactions, or other issues, arising from the use of its products. The Customer acknowledges that:
- Proper supervision during feeding is a mandatory requirement.
- Any incidents related to the feeding process, including but not limited to choking or allergic reactions, are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
4. Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Seller, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the use or misuse of the meals, table-foods, or finger-foods purchased from the Website.
